Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver your order quickly, discreetly, and reliably. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of contents. Below you’ll find full details of how we ship, delivery times, and what to expect depending on your location.
Couriers
We use Royal Mail along with Parcel Force (part of the Royal Mail Group) for our domestic shipments, Australia and Canada.
We use DHL for the Rest of the World shipments.
United Kingdom Shipping
Standard UK Delivery
- £7.95 – Next‑Day Tracked Delivery with Royal Mail*
- Fully tracked and discreet
- Orders placed before our fulfilment window may ship the same day
Extended Delivery Areas (2–3 Working Days)
Some postcodes require additional transit time. Delivery to these locations is 2–3 working days:
Northern Ireland:
BT1–BT94
Scottish Highlands:
AB36–38, AB55–56, FK17–21, IV1–39, IV52–54, IV63, KW1–14, PA21–40, PH19–26, PH30–41, PH49–50
Scottish Islands:
HS1–9, IV40–51, IV55–56, KA27–28, KW15–17, PA20, PA41–49, PA60–78, PH42–44, ZE1–3
Channel Islands:

European Union Shipping (DDP)
All EU orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
This means:
- No import VAT on delivery
- No customs charges
- No unexpected fees
All duties and taxes are handled by us for a smooth, hassle‑free experience.
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.
(We are unable to offer this for European Countries not in the EU)
United States Shipping (DDP)
All U.S. orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
This means:
- No customs fees
- No import taxes
- No delays caused by duty collection
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.
Rest of World Shipping (DDU)
For all other international destinations, orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) through DHL.
This means:
- Customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or handling fees charged by their local customs authority
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the items can be legally imported into their country
- Shipping prices are calculated at checkout
We recommend checking your local import rules before placing an order.
Fulfilment Window
Our fulfilment window runs from 10am to 2pm GMT.
Orders placed during this time may be processed very quickly, and changes or edits may not be possible once fulfilment has begun.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with full tracking. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Our system processes orders quickly, and we are often unable to amend addresses once fulfilment has begun.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer:
- The parcel may be returned to us by the courier
- Once returned, we will contact you to arrange redelivery
- A new shipping fee will be required before the order is resent
If you prefer not to have the order resent:
- A store credit will be issued for the product's UK value only
- Original shipping fees and any import fees (within DDP) are not refunded
- If you would like a refund for this amount instead of store credit, this will be issued less card processing fees, as these are not returned to us by the payment provider
If the parcel is not returned to us by the courier (for example, if it is disposed of or lost due to an incorrect address), we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. You will be issued with the tracking information by email and we recommend that you contact them if it is taking longer than your normal deliveries.
