When John Thomas Toys receive an order, we where possible, process it the very same day. We do have a cut off time in the afternoon but you can refer to our terms and conditions for further information on that.

Once checked with quality control your order is packaged securely into a extra thick double walled plain cardboard box. From here it is securely sealed with security tape so you know that it has not been tampered with before you open it.
The courier labels we use for Parcelforce in the UK have nothing upon them which identifies either where the goods have originated from, nor what goods are contained.
As such are service is completely discreet, this is very important to our customers and we respect that greatly. Furthermore, your bank statement is also billed discreetly. You can expect to see a charge from JJD Holdings - nothing else will be present to suggest what you have purchased.
Once ready for dispatch a courier collects from our Norwich John Thomas Toys depot. At this point you will have been emailed tracking infomation for your goods. Entering the tracking number here www.parcelforce.com/track-trace will show you the status of your order.
Within the UK, Parcelforce offer our customers a free next working day delivery service on all their adult toy orders. If you order on a Friday after our cut off time your goods will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery the next day.
For a small extra charge we can arrange a Saturday delivery for you.
Upon the day of delivery, if you check the tracking you should see real time updates of where your driver is in relation to your house whereby you can anticipate exactly when he/she will be calling.
Our instructions with Parcelforce are strict and this is for your protection and peace of mind. All goods are only able to be left with the person who placed the order (unless otherwise specified by you at time of order). Our couriers are not permitted to leave your goods with a neighbour or to leave your adult toys in a safe place.
In the event you are unable to sign for your goods then they will safely stored in your local Parcelforce depot. The driver will have left a card for you with full instructions.
Essentially you can go your local depot in the evening to collect if that is convenient for you. If not then Parcelforce will re-attempt delivery on the next two subsequent days. If in the unlikely event that they have been unable to leave your adult toys with you then they will be returned to us.
Under this circumstance we would normally resend out to you when you are ready to receive them with no extra charge (terms and conditions apply).
Aside from the standard weekday and saturday delivery option, we also now offer what is known as a 'Convenient Collect Service'. Under this service we deliver for example your large silicone dong to a local post office of your chosing. N.B Not all Post Offices participate in this scheme. In the event that the one you select does not operate within the aformentioned scheme we will select the next geographically close one available. At all times we will inform you of the outcome.
