I am very experienced with dildos and anal fisting but I am very glad that I ordered the large size. I can tell you its a struggle to pop that head inside but its nice when you have. It might take me a while to take it too deep but since I get close to the elbow when being fisted I will try to reach a similar depth.
As for the XL, gosh, beware, the head on the large size is as big as a large fist, the XL is huge.
This dildo is an absolute MUST-HAVE!
The size M (soft firmness) has been a real GAME-CHANGER: it has unlocked new depths for me!
It has the perfect shape for this: its wide head teaches the second ring (rectum/sigmoid junction) to open properly, while its thin neck minimizes stimulation of the rectum, allowing you to focus on the sensations of depth, which can be unsettling at first.

I use this as one of my warm up toys.I find it extremely fun to play with. I really enjoy the "pop" sensation and the smoothness. So much so that I tend to use it longer than initially intended. The floppiness doesn't bother me nearly as much as I thought it would.
Still have yet to be disappointed by a medium firmess toy after 4 purchases. I'm starting to think you just can't go wrong buying anything on this site.
Love the head, really intense feeling, but it's too floppy (medium softness). Even with a partner it was really difficult getting it in as it kept crippling. Perhaps it was our poor technique and you'll have a better experience. Really wanted to love this but a very rare disappointment for me with this one.
A great addition to my collection to open me up wider deeper!
The tapered head of the goose head design really slides in nicely through my second sphincter and the head of the medium is like a small adult fist. I did umm and err whether to go for the soft or medium firmness but in the end went for medium and I’m really glad I did as the heavier head and narrower neck of this toy really needs that extra little firmness for it to push in deeper without just collapsing on itself.
I’ve yet to slide right to the base on it but it’s always nice to have a toy that offers a bit of a challenge!

Some people struggle with the gooseneck when they first get it as it is quite bendy, but a little perseverance and they too get it, with it soon becoming their favourite. It has made our day that you love it already. It is a hugely mixed bag with the medium and soft firmness - I would always err to medium if you aren't sure, but many people with the soft absolutely love it.
Normally i can't take this big seize, the hole between my pelvis bones is to small, so this one was a bit of a gamble, but i was lucky, it went in with a little push, thanks to the soft and very smooth material. Only the last 3 to 4 inches are a bitch but i hope i'll manage in the future.
So in short, highly recommended.

Really soft and squishy, so much so it was a bit floppy and was a bit tricky to handle with lubey hands. Nice fat head, can’t wait to get that last bit of length in

Terrible product wish I would have been able to see it before purchasing because it’s not firm enough just to floppy and way to weak for anal use .
I wasted $ 85.00 and I had to pay international processing fees with my bank so totally wasted my money.
It’s in the trash can now gone history.

Love the "Goose Neck". Have quite a few JT toys and this is definitely one I cum back to time and time again. Got the medium sized in medium firmness. Don't be fooled by the sizing, medium is still big by anyone's definition. The medium firmness is just about "stiff" enough to allow this one to be used on my HiSmith f*ck machine once my hole is well lubed and stretched. The shape and length mean this bad boy will push all the way through your second ring, so taking it steady is essential. Once accustomed to it the shafting this thing delivers is phenomenal. Highly recommended!

I brought this in the 18” large/soft & OMG can it fill a hole! You need to be very experienced, well lubed and in the right frame of mind to take this big boy all the way home. It’s huge 😳 but it gives the old prostate a really good massage, completely mind blowing. Another all out winner from JTT
