Contract
The contract to purchase a product or products is made when JTT Ltd has received your submitted shopping cart form and has confirmed, via email, acceptance of your order(s).  This contract is legally binding in accordance with UK law.

Stock
All goods remain the sole property of JTT Ltd until such time they have been paid for in full.
JTT Ltd will not be held responsible for any cost or liability incurred by you as a result of a specific product not being available at a specific time.

 

All stock items are subject to availability and may differ from the image(s) displayed.  We will always try and *substitute with a similar product(s) if the stock is unavailable to dispatch. (*unless you contact us prior to dispatch)

Substitutions
We maybe in error be out of stock of the product(s) you have ordered, as such we will then contact you via email to inquire if you would like a substitution or refund.

Back Orders
Back orders are automatically created if you order an item that is shown as ‘out-of-stock’ on the Website.

 

When we receive the product, we notify you by email and ship it to you promptly.

Back-ordered products usually come into stock 7 – 10 days but can occasionally take longer.

If you live outside the UK, then JTT Ltd will not dispatch back ordered products due to the prohibitive cost of shipping.

 

Your order will be adjusted with back ordered products removed and the balance of your order dispatched  immediately.

Drop Shipping
We do not use third party distributors to expedite our product(s), all stock sent is direct with ourselves.

Customs & Import taxation
If you order from outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges must be borne by you; JTT Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered  the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit or refunds for items seized by the customs service of any country.

JTT Ltd will  make every effort to respond to any customer service issue. We will provide feedback and answers to your questions as quickly as possible. Customer
We request information from the user in our shopping basket. Here a user must provide contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for invoicing purposes and to fulfil customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Disclaimer of use

The use and/or misuse of large insertables can cause serious personal injury, usage of our sex toys are at the customers own risk.

You may become a registered customer, in which case we will save the information you have provided. This will enable you to use the site without retyping your information.

 

Returns
You have the right to return your unwanted goods to us within a 14 day period from receiving the goods for a full refund or exchange minus our initial shipping charges and/or reshipping charges, as long as the factory shrink wrap has not been removed or tampered with.

 

We adhere to the Consumer Regulations Act 2015 & unlike many other online retailers we do not quibble or make the returns process difficult in any way, If your goods arrive with any defect or molding issue please contact us asap & we will resolve the issue immediately.

 

If within a 365 day period your goods develop a manufacturing defect we will resolve the issue immediately.(above also applies to extended or lifetime warranties that you have purchased as an optional).

Returning goods with the exception of faulty goods is at buyers own expense, we also reserve the right to charge for our initial postage costs.

An RMA "Returns Merchandise Authorisation" number must be acquired before returning any goods.

Returned items must be sent via a tracked service as proof of return.

 

Refunds for cancelled order(s)

If you cancel your order and have paid using a debit/credit card via Square payment provider we reserve the right to deduct the card processing fee (1.1% to 2.7% dependant on destination of country).

Life Time Replacement Warranty
Life Time warranty is included with all John Thomas® sex toys.

 

Please keep your original purchase invoice as proof of purchase.

 

The Life Time warranty is valid within the United Kingdom & Rest of the World without limitation.

Customer is responsible for postal charges completely.

 

If you discover a defect and notify John Thomas Toys® we will replace the sex toy free of charge.

 

The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the sex toy.

 

It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect and/or when our silicone toys have been used with a silicone lubricant or oil based lubricant.

Silicone toys must be stored separately in protective bags supplied, storing toys together can cause a chemical reaction and may melt the silicone.

 

To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt / invoice.

 

Sex toys under a warranty claim must be returned (together with Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number) to John Thomas Toys®. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

This undertaking is in addition to a consumer's statutory rights and does not affect those rights in any way.

Delivery
All order(s) are expedited same working day via Parcelforce® if ordered before 15:00 GMT otherwise your order will be processed & dispatched the next working day.  Any missing item(s) must be reported to customer services within a 48 hour period  from date of receiving goods.

Excess shipping charges may apply due to excessive weight(s) and/or destination of the country.

You must notify within a 28 day period if your goods have not been delivered.

Refused / Returned goods
If your goods are returned to us as insufficient or incorrect address stated by customer or goods are refused by customer there will be a returns fee:-   UK 6.75 GBP +VAT, ROW 24.00 GBP these charges reflect the actual cost incurred from the courier company.

Taxation
As from 01.01.2021 post brexit, EU customers will not be charged VAT by ourselves - you will be responsible for taxes and/or duties in your country.

USA, CAN & ROW are not charged tax by ourselves - you will be responsible for taxes and/or duties in your country.

Country of origin
The platinum silicone is manufactured & imported from the USA, poured & packaged in Mainland China & designed in the UK.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. We use session cookies (only for when you are on our website) to enhance your experience and make life easy for you. Once you close your browser, the cookie simply terminates. We do not use adware, spyware, malware or any other topical online tracer.

Size & weight of product(s) may vary slightly than stated on specifications - we weigh and measure dimensions by hand as such exact

dimensions are not obtainable unless laser scanned, also weight varies according to firmness selected.
