If your goods arrive with any defect or molding issue please contact us as soon as possible, and we will resolve the issue immediately.

If within a 365 day period your goods develop a manufacturing defect we will resolve the issue immediately.

This toy is compatible with Vacuum dildo systems including the popular *Vac-U-Lock™ system.

 

Each of our dildos are individually hand crafted using the finest quality medical grade platinum silicone. Platinum silicone is a very expensive material to source costing more than four times the price of TPE or PVC. Platinum silicone is simply the best material to use in the production of dildos as it is body safe, non-porous, stain resistant and is incredibly durable.

 

We use copper moulds to produce ultra-high quality, detailed dildos - unlike many of our competitors who use cheap silicone mouldings.

 

You may clean either by hand or in the dishwasher, and being silicone, you may heat up or cool down the toy for added sensation.

How do I keep this toy clean?
Wash before and after use, with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner. Alternatively, you can wash your toy in the dishwasher to sterilise them. Allow to air dry and store in a dry place away from sunlight. Store in our JTT bags for the best protection.

 

Is it compatible with a strap-on or machine?
Yes, this toy is compatible due to its vac-u-lock compatible hole at the base.

 

Is your packaging discreet?
Yes, all of our orders are sent in unbranded, brown double-walled cardboard boxes. The shipping label will list JTT as the sender.
