Packaging:  We use premium quality discreet, plain & very strong double wall cardboard boxes, even the Parcelforce® shipping labels do not display our name or address giving you 100% discretion with the courier and anyone who comes into contact with your parcel.

Tracking:  Once expedited you will receive the tracking information via email direct from Parcelforce®.

Please note that you are solely responsible for ordering stock from our web site or mail order facilities, and you must make sure that you are abiding by regulatory laws in your state/province.

You have the right to return your unwanted goods to us within a 14 day period from receiving the goods for a full refund or exchange, as long as the factory shrink wrap has not been removed or tampered with.
